E.ON Group Executive Conference
Together with E.ON, circ designed an executive meeting of a different kind. 300 participants who came to this event in Lisbon made sure they left the places they visited better than before. During this event, four locations where used as an opportunity for strengthen the team spirit, confidence and mutual appreciation. New interactive formats helped to bring visions and values to life by a joint effort. The aim pursued by the conference was to promote energy, responsibility and curiosity that motivates its participants.
So, what happens when the management board members do not give the usual welcoming speech on stage and do not provide an update to all the executives? What happens when everybody is asked to show leadership in real life and to contribute to the conference?
